Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
AffiSpy ("we", "us") is a service operated by HYPER10N TECHNOLOGIES, a company registered in France (SIRET 830 978 912 00012). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. For any privacy request, use our contact page.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers, managed through our auth provider.
- Billing data: subscription status and history. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Accounts you connect: the public social handles you add to your account for gap analysis (e.g. a YouTube or Twitch handle).
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, and technical logs (IP, browser) for security and analytics.
3. Public creator data
AffiSpy aggregates and analyses information that creators have made publicly available (public profiles, public links, public video descriptions). Earnings figures are estimates derived from these public signals. We are not affiliated with the creators or programs shown.
4. How we use your data
To provide and secure the service, process your subscription, send transactional and alert emails you opt into, respond to your requests, and improve the product. Legal bases (GDPR): performance of our contract with you, your consent (where applicable), and our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.
5. Service providers (processors)
We share data only with the providers needed to run AffiSpy:
- Clerk — authentication.
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
- Cloudflare — hosting, database and delivery.
- Mailgun — transactional and alert emails.
These providers act on our instructions under their own data protection terms. Some may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and limited analytics to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting and security obligations. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, contact us via the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
