Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AffiSpy, operated by HYPER10N TECHNOLOGIES (SIRET 830 978 912 00012), France. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.

2. What AffiSpy is

AffiSpy is a creator earnings intelligence tool. It aggregates publicly available information and produces estimates of how creators monetise (affiliate deals, sponsorships, memberships, own brands) and which programs they appear to use.

3. Estimates, not guarantees

All earnings figures, program matches and related data are estimates derived from public signals and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided for informational purposes only, are not financial, investment or business advice, and come with no guarantee of results. You are responsible for your own decisions. AffiSpy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators or programs displayed.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract.

5. Subscriptions, billing and taxes

• Premium is offered on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown at checkout. Prices are exclusive of VAT; applicable tax is added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
• If a payment fails, premium access may be suspended until payment succeeds.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU)

For digital services that begin immediately, you acknowledge that by starting your subscription you request immediate performance and, to the extent permitted by law, waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, resell, redistribute or build a competing dataset from AffiSpy content, not to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, and not to use it unlawfully.

8. Intellectual property

AffiSpy, its software, design and compiled data are owned by HYPER10N TECHNOLOGIES. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own purposes during your subscription.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and HYPER10N TECHNOLOGIES is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on the estimates provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
